About the Role

Dar Delta for Information Technology, an established Saudi IT and infrastructure company, is strategically expanding its operations into the power sector. We are seeking a highly experienced Business Unit Director Energy & Power SEC Approved to lead the establishment and growth of our new business unit in Riyadh. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to build a significant business from the ground up within a well-established organization.

Strategic Unit Leadership

The Business Unit Director will be instrumental in launching and developing Dar Delta's presence in the energy and power market. This involves leveraging the company's existing contractor classification, utility supplier registration, and CST license to secure market position and drive initial growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the unit's strategic direction and ensuring its operational and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieving technical qualification for relevant projects and services within the energy and power sector.
• Securing the initial contracts and establishing a strong project pipeline for the new business unit.
• Managing the overall profit and loss (P&L) of the Energy & Power business unit, ensuring financial viability and growth.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably within the energy and power sector.
• A documented award record that can be clearly named and explained, demonstrating significant achievements in relevant business development or project delivery.
