The Role of Channel Solutions Engineer

Netskope is seeking a Channel Solutions Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves working with channel partners to expand Netskope's presence and technical understanding in the cloud security market. The role focuses on technical enablement, education, and support for partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and their Solutions Engineers (SEs).
• Lead and manage technical enablement activities for assigned partners.
• Educate customers on cloud security trends and challenges, demonstrating how Netskope addresses these needs.
• Deliver effective demonstrations, best practice sessions on use cases, deployments, and workshops.
• Provide on-the-job training for partner SEs through shadowing presentations and evaluation installations.
• Assist partners in creating customer evaluation test plans that highlight the strengths of the Netskope platform.
• Present at channel-driven marketing activities as required.
• Support the selling effort to partner technical resources during new partner recruitment.
• Collaborate with channel partners to proactively expand awareness and install base within existing accounts.
• Work in conjunction with other SEs, sales teams, and trainers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer.
• Proven track record in presenting technical information at both business executive and architect levels.
• Demonstrable experience in driving revenue through technical expertise.
• Hands-on experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems.
• Proficiency in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and operating systems such as Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile.
• Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
• Proven hands-on experience with information security solutions including Web Proxy, NGFW, Security Gateways, SIEMs, SAML/SSO, DLP, and data security technologies like HSM, Tokenization, and encryption gateways.
• Experience working with Active Directory Services, including ADFS; working knowledge of Azure AD is desired.
• Knowledgeable in application programming, such as REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and enterprise architectures.
• Working knowledge of the broader threat landscape and the ability to distill technology trends and explain complex behaviors simply.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh. The role involves collaboration with various internal teams and external channel partners, contributing to the growth and technical leadership of Netskope in the cloud security domain.
