About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Channel Team Lead - Saudi National, Hub Delivery to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time leadership position is integral to the expansion and operational excellence of Amazon's Hub Delivery program. The role involves overseeing and guiding a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) responsible for onboarding and managing local retail partners, ensuring high standards of delivery and partner performance.

Role Purpose and Context

The Channel Team Lead will combine field execution with strategic oversight, driving the success of the Hub Delivery program. This position requires a leader who can empower their team to achieve activation and performance targets while upholding Amazon's stringent delivery quality standards. The successful candidate will act as a coach, a proactive problem-solver, and a results-driven leader within a dynamic and goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs), ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model.
• Provide hands-on coaching and guidance in prospecting, partner onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence within the team.
• Monitor team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across operations, partner activation, and delivery quality metrics.
• Identify and address systemic issues impacting operations within assigned territories, implementing effective corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve broader systemic issues affecting overall delivery quality.
• Provide consolidated field insights and feedback to contribute to improvements in program design, partner experience, and scalability.
