The Role

HKA is expanding its Forensic Accounting & Commercial Damages (FACD) practice in the Middle East and is seeking a Consultant or Managing Consultant to join the Riyadh office. This full-time position is open to a Saudi National who is a fluent Arabic speaker. The role involves supporting arbitration, litigation, and commercial dispute engagements across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and internationally, working alongside experts and consultants on financial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Performing financial, accounting, and economic analyses for expert reports and client engagements.
• Assisting with or leading business valuations, loss assessments, and commercial damages calculations.
• Analyzing large and complex data sets to identify key issues and financial impacts.
• Preparing schedules, exhibits, and supporting documentation for expert reports.
• Drafting report sections and client presentations.
• Collaborating with experts, legal teams, and clients across multiple jurisdictions.
• Managing project deliverables and mentoring junior team members as appropriate.
• Supporting business development initiatives, networking activities, and client relationship management.
• Contributing to the growth and development of the FACD practice in Saudi Arabia and the region.
