Delivery Representative

About the Role

Aljeel Medical is seeking a Delivery Representative to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on providing reliable and courteous transportation services to customers, ensuring safety as a top priority. The Delivery Representative also serves as a communication link between customers and staff, acting as a peer counselor when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned vehicle(s) in a safe and courteous manner.
• Provide a clear communication link between customers and staff.
• Serve as a positive role model while delivering transportation services.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records including trip sheets, customer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance logs, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, and vehicle condition reports, as well as other records requested by management.
• Undertake any job or task assigned by the direct manager, provided it complies with labor law.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant driving experience.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Good knowledge of traffic laws and road safety regulations.
