About Vrinda Global and the Role

Vrinda Global is seeking a Director of Hospitality to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires an experienced professional to oversee and manage hospitality site projects, ensuring successful delivery and operational readiness.

Role Purpose

The Director of Hospitality will be responsible for the comprehensive management of hotel, resort, and other hospitality site projects. This involves leading site execution, coordinating project activities, and managing contractors to ensure projects are completed to required standards, within established timelines, and according to quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hotel, resort, and other hospitality site projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate all project activities and resources effectively.
• Manage contractors, including selection, performance monitoring, and compliance.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
• Monitor and control project timelines, quality, and overall delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of proven experience in managing hotel, resort, or hospitality site projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, project coordination, and contractor management.
• Mandatory proven experience working on projects in Maldives.

Required Skills

• Ability to manage complex site activities and project delivery processes.
• Strong communication skills for effective team and stakeholder interaction.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management.
