Overview

HCLTech is seeking a Functional Architect System Integration SME to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to leading the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise business processes and technology solutions. The position requires an experienced professional to define functional architectures and ensure seamless integration across diverse enterprise applications.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to enable end-to-end business process alignment across critical enterprise systems. This includes platforms such as ERP, Asset Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and other operational systems, ensuring their cohesive and efficient operation within the enterprise framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead functional architecture for enterprise transformation programs.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solution designs.
• Design end-to-end business processes across multiple enterprise platforms.
• Lead system integration strategy and architecture across ERP and third-party applications.
• Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between enterprise systems.
• Conduct functional workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather and validate requirements.
• Develop integration frameworks, functional specifications, and solution blueprints.
• Collaborate with technical architects, business analysts, and implementation teams.
• Ensure alignment of business processes with enterprise application capabilities.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Support vendor evaluations, solution assessments, and integration planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and operational standards.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Required Experience and Expertise

• A minimum of 12 years of overall industry experience.
• At least 7 years of dedicated experience in Functional Architecture, Enterprise Applications, or System Integration roles.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of business processes across multiple functional domains.
• Proven experience integrating ERP solutions with external and legacy systems.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to critical enterprise projects within a dynamic environment.
