About GoStation and the Role

GoStation is seeking a General Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing daily accounting operations and monitoring costs and revenues to support the company's financial performance. We are looking for a candidate with at least one year of experience, preferably within the transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor customer transfers and ensure real-time entry into the system.
Verify daily Aramco bookings and confirm cargo unloading at designated customer locations.
Track advances and ensure daily invoice verification.
Oversee the spare parts warehouse and review inventory movement.
Prepare monthly reports detailing customer status and balances.
Conduct year-end inventory counts for assets and the warehouse.
Monitor and record daily purchases and sales for mobile stations.
Process customer sales invoicing.
Receive and process customer requests.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
A minimum of one year of professional accounting experience.
Proven experience working with an ERP system.
Experience within the transportation sector is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong financial analysis skills and a high degree of accuracy in work.
Proficiency in accounting software, including Microsoft Excel.
Effective communication abilities.
