About the Role

RISE Enterprise is seeking a full-time Hostess / Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for guests at its luxury cafe in Riyadh. This role is central to creating a sophisticated first impression and managing the overall guest experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will possess 0-1 years of experience in a related hospitality function.

Role Overview

The Hostess / Receptionist is responsible for ensuring seamless operations at the front of house. This includes managing table reservations, controlling the dining flow, and upholding the high standards of service and presentation expected within Riyadh's premium hospitality sector. The position requires an individual who can handle guest inquiries with polished etiquette while maintaining an immaculate reception environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, elegant, and professional welcome and farewell to all guests, ensuring an exceptional first and last impression.
• Manage table reservations and digital waitlist systems to optimize seating flow and minimize guest wait times.
• Handle all guest inquiries, booking requests, and special arrangements with accuracy and professional etiquette.
• Maintain an immaculate reception area, entrance, and waiting lounge, adhering to impeccable personal grooming standards consistent with the luxury brand image.
• Coordinate seating distribution across the dining area, ensuring balanced table allocation among service staff and seamless handling of VIP arrivals, large groups, and special occasions.
• Proactively address guest concerns related to seating or reservations, acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for the brand and menu.
• Support management with light administrative tasks, including daily reservation sheets and guest correspondence filing.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Must possess an impeccable, elegant presentation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage reservations and guest flow efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
