About the Role

Servier is seeking a Key Account Manager, Oncology to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for a professional with a background in hematology and oncology, focusing on driving growth within the Oncology Business Unit.

Role Purpose

This position is central to the Oncology Business Unit's success, requiring a professional to contribute to market understanding, stakeholder engagement, and strategic execution. The role involves maintaining scientific knowledge and developing relationships with key healthcare professionals to promote registered products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific knowledge of the Hematology/Oncology market, competition, and product portfolio.
• Establish and nurture relationships with therapeutic area experts, medical oncologists, hematologists, and other healthcare professionals to promote registered products.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop strategic plans for market share and product adoption.
• Design and implement comprehensive account plans, executing sales tactics and strategies focused on product awareness, adoption, and market share expansion.
• Monitor product usage and stock levels to ensure continuous patient supply and prevent shortages.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business unit members, providing regular market updates and portfolio performance insights.
• Collaborate with the Oncology Cross-Functional Team to develop and execute strategic, customer-focused initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 0-1 year in a relevant field.
• Strong background in both hematology and oncology.
• Proactive and ambitious professional with a focus on patient care.
