The Sales Team

The Sales team at Unifonic is responsible for driving revenue and acting as trusted consultants to customers. This team comprises experts in account management, business development, and customer service, collaborating with other departments to ensure products and services meet customer needs effectively.

Role Overview: Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager based in Riyadh, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Unifonic's strategic enterprise customers. This full-time role focuses on driving business growth by managing key accounts, understanding customer objectives, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering value through Unifonic's solutions. The position requires exceptional relationship management, strategic thinking, and strong commercial acumen to achieve business objectives and maximize long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to drive customer success.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion through additional products and services.
• Conduct regular business reviews and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and other internal teams to maximize customer value and retention.
• Maintain accurate account plans, sales forecasts, and CRM records.
• Build relationships with prospective enterprise customers through networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Lead commercial discussions and deliver solution presentations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and support the sales process through deal closure.
• Contribute to achieving the team’s revenue and growth objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, or Strategic Account Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with SaaS, CPaaS, Cloud, AI, or other enterprise technology solutions.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise customers and driving revenue growth.
• Demonstrated experience in executive stakeholder management and strategic account planning.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success.
