The Role of Master Data Specialist

As a Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate maintenance and updating of master data records. This full-time role is critical for ensuring data integrity and supporting various data management initiatives within the company, impacting systems such as ERP and CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update master data records accurately across various systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency through regular audits and validation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements effectively.
• Support data migration and cleanup projects as required.
• Develop and document master data management processes and best practices.
• Provide training and support to users on master data standards and procedures.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues promptly to minimize business impact.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in master data management or data administration, or a diploma in a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to utilize tools like XLOOKUP for data maintenance and accuracy.
