About the Role

Maximus KSA is seeking a Partnerships Specialist for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with non-profit organizations (NPOs), educational institutions, training providers, and employment partners. The specialist will play a key part in expanding our partnership network, enhancing service delivery, and supporting initiatives that create meaningful impact within communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with NPOs and community organizations that support individuals across areas such as mental health, housing, physical health, addiction recovery, legal support, learning and education, and training and employment services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and requests, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular meetings with partners, capturing insights and feedback to support service improvement.
  • Gather market intelligence and community insights to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor partnership performance, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
  • Support partner onboarding activities, including delivering induction and orientation sessions.
  • Provide guidance, technical support, and performance improvement recommendations to partner organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Identify and escalate partnership risks and compliance concerns when necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience working with NGOs/NPOs, procurement, supply chain, stakeholder engagement, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing external stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
  • Experience working with the public sector and government-funded programs is required.
  • Experience supporting community-based initiatives is highly desirable.

Work Environment
