The Role of Perso Operator

Thales Group is seeking a Perso Operator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves operating and monitoring personalization machines to ensure a consistent workflow. The operator will be responsible for maintaining production quality and adhering to established safety and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor personalization machines to ensure consistent workflow.
• Inspect products for defects and remove faulty items from the production line.
• Record production data, including output, rejections, downtime, and material usage.
• Adhere to safety, health, and security guidelines, including wearing protective gear and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace.
• Follow up on the conducted production plan.
• Implement the Priority matrix.
• Comply with PCI requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a framework that prioritizes digital security and compliance with industry standards such as PCI requirements.
