The Senior Compliance Specialist will join the Compliance team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, in a full-time capacity. This role is central to managing and enhancing the company's compliance function, anticipating issues, and developing proactive, practical solutions for the business. It also plays a strategic part in shaping Unifonic's perception among buyers, analysts, media, and the broader market.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the organization maintains an engagement framework with the regulator (CST).
Collaborate with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory compliance risks.
Maintain open communication with decision-makers and stakeholders regarding regulatory updates and their impact.
Organize regular training sessions for employees on key regulatory changes.
Support the creation and implementation of organizational policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance.
Research industry compliance regulations and policies.
Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance.
Maintain internal regulatory compliance through communicating requirements, obtaining approvals, and training stakeholders.
Manage applications for compliance certification and regulatory approval.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance recordkeeping system.
Liaise with compliance regulators and follow up on applications.
Monitor compliance requirements and regulatory amendments.
Identify process roadblocks and propose improvements.
Maintain the compliance communication register and documentation.
Create and manage action plans in response to regulatory compliance audit findings and violations.
Remediate regulatory audits and periodic reviews, compiling gaps and action plans.

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant compliance role.
Diligent attention to detail.
Advanced analytical abilities.
Proven ability to effectively plan, manage, and complete projects in line with stakeholder needs, expectations, and organizational strategic objectives.
