The Senior Compliance Specialist will join the Compliance team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, in a full-time capacity. This role is central to managing and enhancing the company's compliance function, anticipating issues, and developing proactive, practical solutions for the business. It also plays a strategic part in shaping Unifonic's perception among buyers, analysts, media, and the broader market.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the organization maintains an engagement framework with the regulator (CST).
• Collaborate with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory compliance risks.
• Maintain open communication with decision-makers and stakeholders regarding regulatory updates and their impact.
• Organize regular training sessions for employees on key regulatory changes.
• Support the creation and implementation of organizational policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Research industry compliance regulations and policies.
• Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance.
• Maintain internal regulatory compliance through communicating requirements, obtaining approvals, and training stakeholders.
• Manage applications for compliance certification and regulatory approval.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance recordkeeping system.
• Liaise with compliance regulators and follow up on applications.
• Monitor compliance requirements and regulatory amendments.
• Identify process roadblocks and propose improvements.
• Maintain the compliance communication register and documentation.
• Create and manage action plans in response to regulatory compliance audit findings and violations.
• Remediate regulatory audits and periodic reviews, compiling gaps and action plans.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant compliance role.
• Diligent attention to detail.
• Advanced analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to effectively plan, manage, and complete projects in line with stakeholder needs, expectations, and organizational strategic objectives.
