The Role: Senior Consultant - Contract

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant - Contract to join its Contract Services Team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves delivering Contract Development, Contract Management, and Dispute Resolution and Claims Management Services across the region. The successful candidate will possess strong experience in a consultancy or contractor organization, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of standard forms of contract, claims management, dispute avoidance, and dispute resolution within the built environment sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class claims and dispute management advice to clients.
• Support Subject Matter Experts in the region and contribute to the growth of the Contract Services division.
• Apply methodical analytical skills with a flexible approach to service delivery in challenging scenarios.
• Prepare and support major bid proposals.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Background in quantity surveying, commercial management, engineering, and/or law.
• Experience across various construction sectors and project types.
• Strong contract administration experience.
• Strong commercial management experience on major projects.
• Experience with FIDIC and other standard form contracts, including relevant processes and procedures.
• Experience in compiling claim reports.
• Experience with arbitration and/or litigation processes.
• Experience in performance forensics, from either a quantum or delay background.
• Experience providing consultancy services on live contracts and distressed projects is an advantage.
