We are seeking a Senior Manager Accounts & Business Development to establish and scale our commercial presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position reports directly to the General Manager for Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

This role is critical for building Napster's commercial footprint in Saudi Arabia, encompassing both indirect sales through partner accounts and direct sales via business development efforts as the market entry commences. The Senior Manager will operate as a hands-on contributor, not a people manager, within a challenging and fast-moving startup environment. There is an expectation that this role may evolve and split into two dedicated functions as the team and market presence scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own indirect sales by managing and growing relationships with Napster's channel partners across Saudi Arabia.
• Lead direct business development efforts, including identifying, pursuing, and closing new client relationships.
• Meet clients and partners in person across Riyadh and the broader Saudi market.
• Operate as a hands-on contributor across the full sales cycle—prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing—in a lean, startup environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders at target enterprise and government accounts, as well as partner organizations.
• Represent and champion Napster's mission and vision for the Saudi market in every client and partner interaction.

Collaboration and Deliverables

The Senior Manager will collaborate with the General Manager for Saudi Arabia, global partnerships and business development teams, and legal and operations teams supporting Napster's market entry. Key deliverables for this role include a qualified and growing pipeline of partner accounts and direct business development opportunities, signed partnerships and new client accounts across the Saudi market, and regular market feedback and insights that inform Napster's regional go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

• BA/MA degree and/or 5-7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or account and channel management.
• An established network and existing portfolio of C-level relationships within Saudi Arabia's business community.
• Demonstrated experience working across both indirect (partner/channel) and direct sales motions.
• Background in emerging technology or innovation; AI, tech, or SaaS industry experience is strongly preferred.
• A hands-on, self-starter mindset, comfortable operating as a doer rather than a manager and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
