About Ejada and the Role

Ejada is seeking a Senior Manager Procurement to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for leading the procurement function, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency across the organization. The role focuses on optimizing costs and maintaining compliance within procurement activities.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager Procurement will be responsible for setting the overall procurement strategy and overseeing all aspects of sourcing, contracting, and supplier management. This role supports business operations and project delivery by optimizing costs and ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards. The successful candidate will drive the procurement agenda to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies and category plans in alignment with business priorities and budgets.
• Oversee all sourcing activities across various procurement categories, including specialized technology procurement.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts with technology vendors and service providers.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance against contractual obligations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval authorities, internal controls, and vendor due diligence requirements.
• Partner with key stakeholders to align procurement strategies with broader business objectives.
• Lead and develop the procurement team, setting performance expectations and ensuring the achievement of procurement objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement leadership or a senior procurement role.

Preferred Certifications

• MCIPS (Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply)
• CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management)
• Or a similar professional procurement certification.
