Site is seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time, site-based role is crucial for ensuring the effective delivery and operational excellence of cybersecurity services. We are looking for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Overview

The Service Delivery Manager acts as the primary coordination point between clients and service teams, overseeing all aspects of cybersecurity service delivery. This project-based position focuses on maintaining high operational performance, ensuring service quality, and upholding compliance with contractual requirements for cybersecurity operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall cybersecurity service delivery and operational performance.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with cybersecurity operations teams and client stakeholders.
• Monitor service performance, identify risks and issues, and drive improvement actions.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of all service-related issues.
• Prepare and present comprehensive service performance reports and management updates.
• Ensure the continuity and quality of cybersecurity operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a closely related field.
• Previous experience managing cybersecurity operations or service delivery is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience is required for this role.

Work Environment and Compensation
