Abahsain Machinery & Equipment (أباحسين للمعدات و الالات), a company operating in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a qualified Service Engineer. This is a full-time position dedicated to the technical support and maintenance of heavy machinery.

Position Summary

The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing expert technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for heavy equipment and mobile cranes. This role requires hands-on experience to ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of machinery, serving both remote and on-site customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic faults in heavy equipment and mobile cranes.
• Provide remote technical support to technicians and attend customer sites when required.
• Support mobile crane troubleshooting, inspection, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Review technical reports, handle warranty claims, and perform Field Service Inspections (FSI).
• Manage service call logs and respond to customer technical requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, technical support, and maintenance of heavy and lifting equipment. Strong experience with mobile cranes and lifting equipment is essential for this role.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Good knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and customer-handling skills.
