Store Keeper

About the Role

Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) is seeking a Store Keeper to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to coordinating the inventory control process within an assigned depot, acting as the primary warehouse focal point. The Store Keeper ensures all sales orders and returns are managed efficiently and in strict adherence to established Operational Excellence Standards, Policies, and Procedures. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the shift plan in accordance with the depot’s daily operational requirements.
• Delegate and prioritize duties effectively to achieve operational objectives.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies promptly as they arise.
• Ensure all incoming goods are received according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee accurate and timely picking of all orders.
• Maintain and correctly record all necessary documentation, both electronic and paper.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Operations Manager and Supervisor.

Inventory and Storage Management

• Ensure continuous stock integrity, maintain adequate record-keeping, and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and effective inventory control.
• Guarantee correct storage of goods in predefined locations, ensuring proper coding, labeling, and adherence to specified storage conditions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
• Monitor the issuing of all products according to release dates and the application of the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle.

Operational Compliance and Logistics

• Process all required administrative tasks and documents related to issuing, receiving, and returns in line with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate the loading and unloading of Sales Vans according to planning to ensure timely product availability for customers.
• Dispose of wasted products and record waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain company standards regarding Housekeeping and Hygiene within the store environment.
• Ensure all SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) regulations and procedures are applied to store keeping operations.
• Uphold company standards related to Health & Safety and Food Safety.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be willing to work in temperature-controlled environments, including freezers and chillers.
• Should be willing to work flexible hours, particularly during holiday periods.
• Experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in a relevant field.
