Role Overview

The Tamheer Human Resources intern will support the People Operations team by performing a range of administrative and operational tasks. This position is an internship, requiring 0-1 years of experience, and focuses on developing foundational skills in HR processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor weekly attendance and time records for store employees and prepare corresponding attendance reports.
• Prepare employee letters, certificates, and People & Culture (P&C) related correspondence.
• Coordinate and schedule employee meetings and investigations.
• Update employee information within the P&C system.
• Follow up on resignation and onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
• Track P&C system requests and ensure their timely completion.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with employees after company announcements.
• Maintain employee files and P&C documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the People Operations team.
• Assist in preparing periodic People Operations reports.

Eligibility and Experience

This internship is specifically for candidates eligible for the Tamheer Program. Applicants must not have been registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) during the past three months. The role requires 0-1 years of experience, making it suitable for recent graduates or those seeking entry-level exposure to human resources.
