About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Team Leader, Showroom Sales for EXA Ceramics in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for leading and guiding the showroom team to achieve business targets related to sales volume, stock management, and customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating showroom sales operations and implementing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Build rapport with key customers within the assigned showroom.
Guide the team in implementing effective showroom sales strategies to increase sales.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions using the company's products and services.
Lead the showroom team in conducting product demonstrations for prospective customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Monitor and ensure showroom product displays are updated and well-organized.

Sales Operations and Performance

Follow up on all sales operation procedures, including payment entry and sales invoice issuance.
Close sales deals and document achieved installed sites.
Ensure adherence to sales terms and conditions in line with company policies and procedures.
Drive the team towards achieving annual sales objectives and budget targets by product volume, value, and selling price.

Role Accountabilities

This role encompasses accountability for HR proficiency, responsibility, delivery, making a tangible difference, business planning and performance, organizational development, business process improvements, quality, adaptation, and health, safety, and environment standards.
