At Fakeeh Care, we believe in putting the patient at the center of our care. We are looking for a dedicated Cashier to join our team in Madinah. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations in a compassionate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
At Fakeeh Care, we believe in putting the patient at the center of our care. We are looking for a dedicated Cashier to join our team in Madinah. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations in a compassionate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive payments via cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers.
- Ensure cash drawers balance at the start of shifts with adequate change.
- Greet customers entering the establishment and maintain a clean checkout area.
- Coordinate with the Cash Audit team regarding employee shifts that have not been closed daily.
- Address and resolve customer financial complaints with empathy.
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent.
- Experience: 02 years in cash handling.
- Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Adhere to Fakeeh Care's policies and standards.
- Complete mandatory education as required.
- Stay informed on quality and safety procedures.
