Senior Site QA/QC Manager

Overview of the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior Site QA/QC Manager to join their team. This full-time position is based in the Tabuk region, specifically covering sites in Umluj and Tabuk. The role involves overseeing quality assurance and quality control functions on site, ensuring consistency and adherence to project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain overall consistency in quality supervision across projects.
• Serve as the line manager for Quality Managers, providing guidance and oversight.
• Provide backup support for Quality Managers during their leave or absences.
• Lead the collation and monthly reporting of quality KPIs, with support from a Reporting Specialist.
• Act as the owner of the Project Quality Plan and Lessons Learned documentation.
• Mentor deputies for quarterly audits of Contractors, campaigns, and focused inspections.
• Review and provide final approval for select Contractor Quality key documents, including Plans, Audits, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Mentor and monitor the performance of Quality Managers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and quality control roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor quality professionals.
• Experience in developing and implementing project quality plans.
• Proficiency in reviewing and approving contractor quality documentation.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position within Parsons Corporation, requiring on-site presence in the Tabuk region. The role will involve working across various sites, specifically in Umluj and Tabuk, ensuring comprehensive quality oversight for projects in these areas.
