Job Details:
• Position: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Supervisor
• Department: Travel and Tourism Sector – Human Resources
• Type: Full-Time, On-Site
• Location: Operational headquarters in Buraydah, Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia

Job Responsibilities:

• Screening and filtering resumes based on job requirements.
• Managing Human Resources Systems (ATS) for job submissions and candidate communication.
• Collaborating with departments to conduct candidate assessments and manage the selection process.
• Posting job listings on various recruitment platforms.
• Building relationships with educational institutions to attract new talent.
• Identifying staffing needs with department managers monthly.
• Conducting job market analyses and maintaining candidate databases.
• Managing internal talent acquisition processes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Preferred: Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist (CTAS).
• Very good command of written and spoken English.

Personal Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
