About the Role

قمم وهاد العقارية is seeking real estate marketers to join its sales team. This is a full-time, commission-based role focused on real estate sales in the Al Qasim region, specifically Buraydah. The position operates remotely.

Work Nature

• Perform sales activities remotely on a commission basis, without a fixed salary.
• Execute sales either directly through the company or independently in coordination with the company.
• Receive commissions as per agreement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Hold a valid Fawal license issued by the General Real Estate Authority.
• Possess at least one year of experience in real estate marketing or brokerage.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of previous real estate sales.
• Ability to work remotely; physical presence or residence in a specific area is not required.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in negotiation, persuasion, and deal closing.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and professional follow-up.
• Good understanding of the real estate market in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to build and expand a network of relationships and client base.
• Competence in digital marketing and utilizing social media platforms.
• Commitment, honesty, and credibility in all dealings.
• Aptitude for using mobile devices, applications, and real estate advertising platforms.

Work Environment

This is a remote position, allowing flexibility in location while contributing to the sales team of قمم وهاد العقارية. The role is based on achieving sales targets within the real estate market.
