About the Role

Falcon Systems IFM is seeking a dedicated Barista to join its team in Buqayq, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency within the company's location.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages professionally.
• Receive customer orders and provide advice on available beverages.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and related equipment periodically.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and equipment in accordance with health standards.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, initiating replenishment requests when needed.
• Handle customer requests and feedback professionally and courteously.
• Adhere to approved quality standards in preparing and serving beverages.
• Coordinate effectively with the work team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in coffee preparation.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately manage inventory and cash transactions.
• Commitment and discipline regarding work timings.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time position based at the company's location in Buqayq, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires adherence to scheduled work timings and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient service environment.
