الوصف الوظيفي

مشرف السكن مسؤول عن إدارة سكن العمال والإشراف على نظافته وصيانته وأمنه وتوفير بيئة سكنية آمنة ومريحة للعاملين وفق أنظمة المؤسسة والجهات المختصة.

نطاق العمل

1. الإشراف العام على سكن العمال ومتابعة شؤونه اليومية.
2. توزيع الغرف على العمال وتسجيل التسكين والإخلاء.
3. الإشراف على عمال النظافة والتأكد من نظافة السكن والمرافق.
4. متابعة أعمال الصيانة ورفع البلاغات عن الأعطال.
5. التأكد من توفر الكهرباء والمياه والتكييف بشكل مستمر.
6. تطبيق اشتراطات السلامة والدفاع المدني في السكن.
7. متابعة الالتزام بأنظمة السكن والانضباط ومعالجة المخالفات.
8. متابعة خدمات الإعاشة والنقل الخاصة بالعمال.
9. حصر عهد ومستلزمات السكن وطلب الاحتياجات.
10. التعامل مع شكاوى العمال وحلها أو رفعها للإدارة.
11. إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة السكن والإشغال.

المتطلبات

1. بكالوريوس في تخصص ذي صلة مثل علم الاجتماع أو علم النفس أو الإدارة.
2. خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الإشراف على سكن العمال.
3. معرفة باشتراطات السلامة والدفاع المدني ومعايير السكن.
4. مهارات قيادة وتواصل وحل مشكلات، ويفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.

Job Description

The Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for managing workers' accommodation, supervising its cleanliness, maintenance, and security, and providing a safe and comfortable living environment for employees in accordance with company policies and applicable authority regulations.

Scope of Work

1. General supervision of workers' accommodation and daily affairs.
2. Allocate rooms to workers and maintain check-in and check-out records.
3. Supervise cleaners and ensure the cleanliness of the accommodation and facilities.
4. Follow up on maintenance works and report breakdowns.
5. Ensure continuous availability of electricity, water, and air conditioning.
6. Apply safety and Civil Defense requirements within the accommodation.
7. Enforce accommodation rules and discipline and handle violations.
8. Follow up on workers' catering and transportation services.
9. Maintain an inventory of accommodation assets and supplies and request required items.
10. Handle workers' complaints, resolve them, or escalate them to management.
11. Prepare periodic reports on accommodation status and occupancy.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Sociology, Psychology, or Management.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in labor camp/accommodation supervision.
3. Knowledge of safety requirements, Civil Defense regulations, and accommodation standards.
4. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in English is preferred.
