Join Our Team as a Chief Financial Officer - Saudi Arabia F/H
VINCI, a global leader in construction and energy, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our new subsidiary in Saudi Arabia. This key role is pivotal to managing financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting while driving the growth of our operations in the region.

For over 80 years, Freyssinet has been at the forefront of specialized civil engineering, providing innovative solutions globally. As a subsidiary of VINCI, we are embarking on major projects in Saudi Arabia, focusing on excellence in construction and project delivery.

Role Overview
The CFO will oversee the finance department, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and managing all accounting activities. You will work closely with the Management Team to enhance financial processes and support business unit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage the finance department.
  • Supervise finance team members including Staff Accountant and Payroll Administrator.
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi financial laws.
  • Implement cost control processes.
  • Manage financial reporting for local management and parent company.
  • Coordinate audits and collaborate with external tax firms.
  • Monitor cash management and forecasts.
  • Develop financial strategies for projects.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with at least 12 years of accounting management experience. A degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA or equivalent certification is required. Strong analytical skills and detail orientation are essential, along with experience in accounting software systems.
