Position Overview

Raffles The Red Sea, a part of Raffles Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a dedicated and efficient Account Payable professional to join its finance team. Located in the coastal city of Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, this full-time role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity of the operations by ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.

Role Summary

The Account Payable professional will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable functions. This involves processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring compliance with established financial policies and accounting standards. The role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of handling financial transactions with precision and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately.
• Maintain precise records of all financial transactions and vendor information.
• Reconcile account statements and effectively resolve any payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and other forms of payments.
• Assist in the execution of month-end closing procedures for the finance department.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and address account-related issues promptly.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and prevailing accounting standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance processes and maintain financial accuracy.
• Provide support in preparing financial reports and analyses as required.
• Uphold a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in an accounts payable or related finance role.
