Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Buggy Host for its new property, Fairmont The Red Sea, located in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to providing exceptional guest experiences within a unique luxury resort setting.

Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea is a key component of the kingdom's groundbreaking Red Sea Project, designed as a nature-focused resort. It features 361 rooms, eleven distinct dining concepts including an overwater restaurant, and a dedicated Spa. The resort is positioned adjacent to an 18-hole championship golf course, aligning with Fairmont's reputation as a world-class golf destination. This development sets new standards in sustainable practices, situated on 200km of untouched coastline, an archipelago of over 90 unspoiled islands, dormant volcanoes, rich marine habitats, and ancient archaeological sites.

Role Purpose

As a Buggy Host, you will be responsible for ensuring guests experience seamless transportation and personalized service throughout the resort. This role involves direct guest interaction, safe vehicle operation, and adherence to Fairmont's service and sustainability standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide seamless transportation for guests between villas, dining venues, and various resort facilities, ensuring comfort and efficiency.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver intuitive, personalized service, sharing information about the destination, facilities, and local culture.
• Operate electric buggies safely and responsibly, adhering strictly to resort speed limits, pedestrian safety protocols, and KSA driving regulations.
• Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of buggies, checking battery levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness, to maintain vehicles in pristine condition.
• Assist guests with the careful and professional loading and unloading of luggage and personal items.
• Maintain constant communication with the Front Office and Concierge teams to ensure timely guest pickups and drop-offs.
• Adhere to the resort’s sustainability ethos by managing vehicle charging efficiently and reporting any mechanical issues affecting energy consumption.
• Uphold Fairmont’s grooming and conduct standards, ensuring every guest interaction feels bespoke and heartfelt.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a valid Saudi Arabian driving license.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and assist with heavy luggage as required.
• Experience in a pre-opening hotel or resort environment is essential.
