About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Document Controller to join their team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves performing various document control functions for a specific project or department. The position requires a professional with over 10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining document registers to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Managing access permit applications.
Handling accommodation and transport bookings as required.
Distributing documents within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) to relevant parties.
Assisting in the production of periodic reports.
Conducting quality checks on documents.
Performing general administration tasks, including data entry and preparation of correspondence.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in document control or a related field is required.
Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain document control systems effectively.
Proficiency in general administrative tasks and data management.

Work Location

This position is based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, with potential work in Umluj. It is a full-time role within the Parsons team.
