Reporting Specialist

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Reporting Specialist to join their team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, with work locations including Umluj. This full-time role involves leading the internal and external reporting function for a unique program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the collation and analysis of all data related to KPIs and reports.
• Support the production of periodic reports for the Supervision Consultant and Lead Design Consultant.
• Review Engineer’s validations of Contractor progress before issuing validation to PMC/Client.
• Obtain necessary progress information from other managers and staff.
• Ensure all reporting meets project requirements.
• Create dashboards for internal and external presentations.
• Assist in the production of progress claims.
• Assist the Client in preparing supporting data related to Contractor claims.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with PowerBI or similar reporting tools.
• Prior experience in staff management.
