The Role
As a Barista, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Engaging with guests professionally and sharing your passion for coffee.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment at the coffee station.
- Handling cash transactions accurately and using the point-of-sale system.
- Assisting in the café opening and closing procedures.
- Adhering to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Supporting team operations during peak hours.
