T&I Engineer Maintenance at JIGPC

JIGPC- Jazan Integrated Gasification and Power Company is seeking a T&I Engineer Maintenance to join its Maintenance team. This full-time position is based in Jazan, Jizan, Saudi Arabia, within a world-class gasification and power generation environment.

Role Overview

The T&I Engineer is responsible for the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of Turnaround & Inspection (T&I) activities. This role ensures that plant outages are conducted safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively, while simultaneously enhancing overall plant reliability, maintaining compliance with all relevant standards, and contributing to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end turnaround and inspection planning and execution activities.
• Develop detailed outage schedules, work scopes, and comprehensive execution plans.
• Ensure all inspection activities strictly comply with regulatory, safety, and company standards.
• Maintain turnaround risk registers and proactively implement measures to mitigate operational risks.
• Monitor turnaround expenditures and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, materials, equipment, and site resources.
• Oversee pre-shutdown and pre-fabrication activities to ensure complete readiness for outages.
• Prepare detailed post-turnaround reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Promote continuous improvement in turnaround and inspection methodologies and processes.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of experience as a Turnaround & Inspection professional. This experience should ideally be gained within an energy or industrial facility, demonstrating a proven capability in managing complex plant outage and inspection processes.
