About the Opportunity

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking a Future Opportunity QHSSE Manager to oversee all Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security aspects within their complex/attractions in Jazan. This full-time role involves ensuring compliance with QHSSE standards, managing incidents, and maintaining a secure environment for employees, guests, and assets.

Role Purpose

The QHSSE Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security functions. Key activities include conducting audits, delivering training, managing incident response and investigations, overseeing security personnel and access control, performing risk assessments, and coordinating with local authorities to ensure a compliant and safe operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement SEVEN QHSSE standards across the complex/attraction, aligning with business objectives.
• Plan and coordinate security resource allocation, budgeting, and staffing for operational efficiency.
• Act as the primary contact for QHSSE matters with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities.
• Monitor compliance with security policies and procedures, conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Oversee the budgeting process for QHSSE operations, optimizing resource allocation and controlling expenses.
• Lead and supervise security personnel, ensuring training, equipment, and effective duty execution.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify QHSSE threats and areas for improvement.
• Manage incidents and emergencies, coordinating responses with local authorities and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports for QHSSE breaches and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, QHSSE standards, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement training programs for SEVEN employees on QHSSE protocols and emergency response.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to protect company assets, inventory, and equipment.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Managerial Accountabilities

• Set performance goals for the QHSSE team and monitor progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies and industry partners.
• Lead employee performance management processes within the QHSSE department.
• Direct performance evaluation processes and validate results for security personnel.
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and service excellence within the QHSSE team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage security operations, risk assessments, and incident response.
• Experience in developing and implementing QHSSE policies and training programs.
• Strong coordination skills with local authorities and emergency services.
