You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top candidates in the healthcare sector, ensuring we bring in the best talent to support our mission of providing exceptional health care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and define job requirements and qualifications.
- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage and maintain the recruitment database and candidate files.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment in the Healthcare sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
