In this role, you will be a key player in delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating a high degree of professionalism in eye care services. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and showcase professionalism.
• Coach assistants to enhance effective selling behaviors to achieve high customer engagement.
• Examine patients' eyes and issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses.
• Advise patients in selecting frames and lenses.
• Liaise with medical practitioners as needed.
• Meet sales targets related to spectacles and contact lenses.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Optician.
• Must be licensed by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Proven experience in a retail or optical setting.
• Strong knowledge of vision correction and customer service skills.
