We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage our customers effectively. In this role, you will:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: At least 5 years in general or digital marketing, with 2 years in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Digital Skills: Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with a foundational understanding of SEO and data analysis.
- Creativity: Ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with team and customers.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage our customers effectively. In this role, you will:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create full marketing plans that cover general and digital marketing, identifying target audiences and analyzing their needs and behaviors, while keeping an eye on market trends and competition.
- Digital Marketing: Manage restaurant social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok), create engaging content (images, videos, posts), oversee digital advertising campaigns and perform SEO to enhance our online visibility.
- Traditional Marketing: Plan and supervise traditional advertising campaigns (print ads, billboards, TV commercials), organize promotional events, and collaborate with local media.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop customer loyalty strategies and reward programs, respond to customer feedback through digital platforms, and analyze customer opinions to improve service quality.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using digital analytics tools (*, Google Analytics), prepare regular marketing reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant staff to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns, and coordinate with chefs and operations managers to develop innovative promotional offerings.
