المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • المساعدة في تخطيط واستراتيجية التسويق الشهرية.
  • إدارة العلاقات مع المؤثرين وتنسيق الحملات التسويقية.
  • كتابة نصوص مثيرة واستكشاف شراكات محتملة في الفعاليات.
  • تعزيز تفاعل العلامة التجارية وظهورها عبر منصات مختلفة.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة البكاليوس في التسويق أو الاتصالات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • الطلاقة في كل من العربية والإنجليزية مطلوبة.
  • خبرة تسويقية لا تقل عن عامين، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في قطاعات التكنولوجيا أو التطبيقات.
  • مهارات كتابة قوية لتطوير محتوى واضح ومقنع.
  • خبرة في إدارة حملات المؤثرين وإقامة شراكات.
  • معرفة بقنوات التسويق الرقمية، بما في ذلك وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وإدارة المحتوى.
  • مهارات تواصل وتنظيم شخصية ممتازة.
  • بارع في إدارة مشاريع متعددة في الوقت نفسه.

Join Our Team as a Senior Marketing Specialist

1Pass is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of marketing operations, both online and offline. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of mobile app marketing. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for performance, ensuring marketing initiatives are well-executed and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily marketing tasks and ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and external agencies.
  • Lead the launch and monitoring of service provider campaigns, including promotional activities and in-app offers.
  • Track and analyze promo code usage, ensuring campaigns are performance-driven and cost-effective.
  • Collaborate with product and CRM teams to implement user engagement initiatives and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with design, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate with field marketing initiatives, local events, and gym activation campaigns as needed.
  • Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and user behavior to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Review and guide creative outputs (ads, landing pages, push notifications) to ensure alignment with brand and strategy.
  • Manage and upscale our database of influencers and affiliates.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in mobile apps, consumer tech, e-commerce, or fitness/wellness industries.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Understanding of mobile marketing channels, app user journeys, and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and building impactful user experiences.
  • English Language Proficiency.
