At KONE, we are dedicated to improving the world of work and fostering a collaborative and diverse work culture. We are looking for an experienced Quality Specialist to assure quality requirements and support the Quality Manager in deploying KONE's quality strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality performance improvements based on data analysis.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement projects using methodology.
- Create and analyze datasets to monitor trends and aid decision-making.
- Conduct product inspections and maintain quality records.
- Share knowledge about quality methodology and ensure team capabilities.
- Support internal and external audits and coordinate quality improvement actions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 45 years of experience in the Elevators & Escalators industry.
- ISO 9001 quality certificate is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certification like Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA is desirable.
