Join Nestlé Waters as an HR Business Partner!
In this pivotal role based in Almanhal Water Factory located in Jeddah Industrial Area, you'll be responsible for implementing our People Strategy while ensuring the seamless execution of HR operations.
A Day in the Life:
- Execute and deliver on strategic HR plans aligning with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to organizational structure and change management tailored to Nestlé Leadership Principles.
- Manage the Operational People Planning process.
- Champion the Performance and Talent Management cycle, guiding People Managers in goal setting and talent development.
- Foster a positive organizational culture promoting Diversity & Inclusion and employee engagement.
- Work collaboratively within the HR Services team to enhance HR operations and contribute insights to corporate strategies.
- Ensure accurate application of HR policies and manage the HR services team effectively.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience across various functions.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience in creating and executing people strategies within a matrix environment.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic.
