Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets, identify new opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Key Account Management: Maintain high-value client relationships, ensuring service excellence and identifying growth opportunities.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver tailored proposals, lead contract discussions, and collaborate on competitive pricing.
- Internal Collaboration: Work with operations, customer service, and marketing to align efforts and improve service delivery.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and optimize strategies for better results.
- Industry Networking: Represent Vault at events, stay updated on logistics trends, and leverage insights for sales growth.
Results-driven, proactive, and strategic sales leadership required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- 35 years of experience in sales, logistics, or supply chain management (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and other business events.
