Your Role:
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiencies.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive store traffic and sales.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock management and minimizing losses.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing coaching and training to enhance team skills.
- Analyze sales metrics and reports to develop strategies for improvement and increased profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and operational policies.
- Build strong relationships with customers and address any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of retail technology and POS systems is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
