This role is critical to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and employees. You will oversee the safety protocols and security measures at our luxurious resort located on Shura Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
• Build and lead a high-performing security team, providing training and development opportunities.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and Four Seasons security standards, preparing detailed incident reports as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role in security, preferably within luxury hospitality or a related field.
• A degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
