We are looking for a meticulous Senior Accountant to maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all financial data is precisely recorded at Mohammed Abdallah Sharbatly ****
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and journal entries.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to ensure all financial data is recorded properly.
- Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements for accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in financial processes and internal controls.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insightful financial reports to management.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Pertinent educational qualification in Commerce, Finance, or Economics.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in partnership management and inter-department coordination.
- Adept in data analysis and interpretation using modern accounting techniques.
- Experience in handling MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in accounting software ERP systems.
