نحن نبحث عن أخصائي رواتب ماهر وذو تفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مجموعة 4 Horizons في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة بدوام كامل الالتزام والدقة في إدارة عمليات الرواتب، وضمان الامتثال للقوانين والسياسات الداخلية المعمول بها.

المسؤوليات:
  • معالجة وتنفيذ رواتب الموظفين بدقة على أساس شهري.
  • مراجعة ساعات العمل والإجازات والبدلات لضمان دقة البيانات.
  • إعداد تقارير الرواتب الشهرية والبيانات المالية ذات الصلة.
  • التعامل مع استفسارات الموظفين المتعلقة بالرواتب وتقديم الدعم اللازم.
  • التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى (مثل الموارد البشرية والمالية) لضمان الاتساق والدقة.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن عامين في مجال الرواتب.
  • إجادة قوية في Microsoft Excel.
  • إجادة في اللغة الإنجليزية (المحادثة والكتابة).
  • معرفة جيدة بقوانين العمل واللوائح ذات الصلة.

  • Familiarity with accounting standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
  • Perform account reconciliations, general ledger entries, and journal postings.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely recording and documentation of transactions.
  • Assist with audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and zakat regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and general accounting principles.
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience working in KSA and familiarity with local tax and zakat regulations is a plus.
  • Professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.
