About the Role

Alesayi Better Life is seeking an AV / LCD TV / SDA Technician to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining LCD TVs and Small Domestic Appliances (SDA). The position requires strong technical expertise in component-level repairs and field service, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and company quality standards.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive technical support for audiovisual equipment and small domestic appliances. This includes performing detailed diagnostics, executing precise repairs, and conducting necessary software updates. The technician will also be responsible for delivering professional customer support both in-house and during field service visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair LCD TVs at the component level.
• Perform backlight replacement and repair LCD panel vertical line issues using COF bonding and laser bonding machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), including coffee machines, robot vacuum cleaners, steam irons, and various kitchen and household appliances.
• Carry out field service visits to customer locations for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Perform software and firmware updates on LCD TVs and other electronic products.
• Read and interpret service manuals, circuit diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment and specialized repair tools to identify faults.
• Identify and order spare parts using the company's service management system.
• Complete service reports and accurately update repair status in the system.
• Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
• Provide professional customer service and explain repair findings when required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness.
• Follow all health, safety, and company service procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant technical role. A strong background in electronics repair, particularly with LCD TVs and small domestic appliances, is essential. The ability to perform component-level diagnostics and repairs is required.

• Proficiency in component-level repair for LCD TVs.
