Saudi Fitout is seeking a skilled Architectural Engineer to join our team. This full-time role is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on projects within the fit-out and finishing sector.

Role Summary

The Architectural Engineer will be responsible for the supervision and management of site activities, ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest quality standards and delivered on time. This role involves comprehensive coordination with various project stakeholders and meticulous reporting on progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all site activities related to fit-out and finishing projects.
• Ensure that all work adheres to established quality and project standards.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up on material procurement, manpower allocation, and overall site progress.
• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining required quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in fit-out and finishing projects.
• Strong site experience with demonstrated ability to manage project execution professionally.
• Experience in coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Preferred experience in retail, hospitality, office, or commercial fit-out projects.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Ability to accurately read architectural drawings and supervise implementation details.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, quantity take-offs, and material follow-up.
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and consistently meet project deadlines.
• A valid driving license is mandatory for this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, site-based position primarily located in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires regular presence on project sites and active engagement in project execution and coordination.
